*Sports Physical Form  (good for 2 years)
*Complete your students account in Final Forms

Bring workout clothes, snacks to get you through the day and a waterbottle.
Get to know Coaches and get ready to start the season! 

Season: Early February 2, 2026 – March 21, 2026
Parent Meeting- Tuesday February 2, 2026 @ NWMS Commons 5pm
