8th Grade Prints
Students used cutting
tools to create these block print images. They used a system of shadow printing
to create multiple colors. First students drew their image using positive and
negative space and cut out a silhouette. After making several black prints on
white paper they then cut more details out and layered on different colors. Some
students were able to repeat this process up to three times.Click a picture to see a larger view.
