Welcome to the Eighth Grade Elite Team at North Whidbey Middle School. We are eager to get to know all of you this school year as we work and learn together. This year promises to be an exciting year for all of us. The  philosophy underlying all that happens in our classrooms is: Each person can learn. Each person wants to learn. Each person has the right to learn. Each person has the responsibility to learn.

The Elite Team has four experienced and qualified teachers, one counselor, five subjects, and 110 students. We each teach in our strongest content areas.

Our team  meets daily from 1:50-2:30. We are available for conferences on Tuesday and Thursday and appointments for the meeting times can be made through our team counselor, Mrs. Southwick. You can contact her at 279-5506.  If you have questions about a certain subject, please call that teacher.
